Abatement - Abatement services will include, at a minimum, abatement of asbestoscontaining materials, lead-containing materials, and performance of construction activities on existing, in-place building components that contain these materials. 2. Access Control, Security, and Fire Alarm – Access Control, Security, and Fire Alarm services will include demolition, installation, and repair of security cameras and video management systems, access control systems, intrusion alarm systems, fire alarm systems, and lowvoltage cabling associated with these systems and equipment. 3. Audio/Video - Audio/video (A/V) work will include comprehensive services for the design and installation of A/V systems including all labor, cabling, materials, transportation, and equipment to complete the furnishing, installation, assembly, programming, interconnection, set up, and testing of commercial A/V systems. 4. Electrical - Electrical services will include demolition, installation, and repair of line- and lowvoltage wiring and raceways, control systems, and lighting. Low-voltage work may be subcontracted. 5. Flooring - Flooring work will include comprehensive service for removal, disposal, repair, and installation of wall base, roll carpet, carpet tile, linoleum, vinyl, and rubber flooring materials and other flooring components necessary for a complete installation. 6. General Trades - General trades services will include selective demolition, site protection, concrete, rough and finish carpentry, and installation of doors, frames, hardware, and specialties. General trades services may also include other work to be subcontracted as is necessary for a complete job and is not otherwise within the scope of the general trades services described here, but shall not include abatement services. 7. Glazing (Doors and Windows) - Glazing work will include comprehensive services for removal, disposal, repair, and installation of all doors, windows, skylights, and associated frames and hardware including wood, steel, and aluminum frames and mullions, and hinges, door closers, ADA door operators, exit devices, locksets, kick panels, latches, and handles
