Two-way workflow to manage curriculum (courses, plans, policies, and administrative) changes and catalog editing (content other than curriculum). 1. Easily configurable workflow that is dynamically adjusted based on content owner and requirements of department, college, university, external, and processing steps. 2. Ability to establish participants as individuals or committees. 3. Ability to reassign proposal workflow to individuals, groups of individuals, a committee, or committees. (i.e. ad hoc steps). 4. Ability to select a prior step from any of the prior steps of the proposal workflow to reassign a proposal that are being disapproved 5. Ability to add/remove participants on current or future steps without impacting in any way the prior, steps. 6. Ability to add/remove participants on current step without edits or decisions made remaining participants being impacted. 7. Audit trails for all changes to existing information during all phases of proposal development and approval. 8. Ability to record comments, actions, and decisions on proposal. 9. Ability to create agendas or collections of proposals for review by an individual or committee and retain ability to edit agenda until determined complete by individual or committee 10. Ability to attach documents to proposal. 5. Ability to edit attached documents to proposal and save changes without re-attaching. 6. Ability to create and edit policy information in similar manner as courses and plans. C. Systems Integration 1. Ability to import existing information from the academic catalog and PeopleSoft into form. 2. Ability to export on demand the approved changes to academic catalog and PeopleSoft. D. System Administrator Support 1. Ability for institution support to access any proposal on any step of workflow at any stage, including active, tabled, or completed, to make changes to proposal data and/or change/reassign step and comment about changes (and changes and comments are to be included with audit trail). E. Reporting 1. Ability to measure and analyze institutional effectiveness and efficiency in the curriculum revision cycle 2.
