Provide RSS to CLIENTS by providing social and employment related services to assist CLIENTS in overcoming any barriers that may prevent CLIENTS from obtaining employment. 5.1.2 Provide CMs to CLIENTS who shall assess CLIENT needs and provide care coordination and support services consistent with best practices that will assist CLIENTS in achieving or maintaining economic selfsufficiency. 5.1.3 Accept all referrals for RSS from ADMINISTRATOR. 5.1.4 Serve non-cash aided CLIENTS referred from public and private agencies, and self-referrals. 5.1.5 Engage by telephone, in person, or virtually, to initiate RSS with one hundred percent (100%) of CLIENTS referred by ADMINISTRATOR within five (5) business days of receipt of the referral. 5.1.6 Identify CLIENT strengths utilizing motivational and strength-based interviewing techniques.
