This project will require a Licensed plumber. There is currently water leaking around the curb box which has interned collapsed the sewer lateral. There was an attempt to camera from the furthest clean out in the basement which was completely plugged. Then went to the cleanout closest to the front of the house and was able to get out to the area where the water had collapsed the sewer line. The water service into the house is copper, however if the line going from the shut off valve to the main is most likely lead which must be replaced during the excavation. The sewer line in the basement will need all of the cast replaced in the floor and changed over to PVC. Install new a floor drain connecting to the 4” in the floor. Both stacks must be combined to one going out of the house to the main. There is a cleanout on the stack with in 5’ of exterior wall, however I want a cleanout at the build wall on the inside. This sewer on the exterior will be allowed to connected to the clay at the front porch and then ran all new to the main. So everything will be replaced except for the section the goes directly under the porch only if the clay is intact and good condition. All excavations on private will need to be backfilled with sand then topped with soil, graded, and seeded after the work has been inspected. Plumbing permit is required.
