UCLA requests a written response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select consultants to provide soils engineering and geotechnical testing and inspection services for various non-specific UCLA projects. These services are anticipated to include projects of different scales supporting new or existing buildings and site work at on-campus or potentially off-campus properties. A specific list of projects has not been determined. Each consultant selected will perform work under a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with the University, with authorizations for specific assignments from Capital Programs, Facilities Management, Housing, and Asset Management necessary over the term of the agreement, which may be up to three years with an option to extend for an additional three-year term.
