The Scope of Work will include but will not be limited to the procurement and sale of new textbooks, used textbooks, electronic/digital books, reference and trade books, stationery, student supplies, spirit items, and other merchandise items normally sold in a college bookstore. Services shall include, but not be limited to; providing special book orders and correspondence course materials; used textbook purchase (buyback); copyright clearance and course packs; as well as providing other services ordinarily made available in college bookstores. The scope of operations includes the limited sale of drinks, snacks, candy bars, and other items for consumption, provided that this does not conflict with other contractual obligations of The Citadel.
