The administration service provider to be hired will provide contract-related management services, including but not limited to the following areas: 1.1.1 Pre-Funding Services: The Provider will assist in developing project scope(s) and complete Disaster Recovery Reallocation Program (DRRP) application(s). The Provider will work with the local government and Engineer, if applicable, to provide the concise information needed for submission of one or more complete DRRP applications and related documents. The required information shall be submitted in a format to be described by the GLO. 1.1.2 Pre-funding services are not eligible for CDBG-DR reimbursement and must be paid with local or other non-CDBG-DR funds. 1.1.3 Post-Funding Services: The Provider will administer and provide project delivery of infrastructure, utilities, housing and eligible projects approved for DRRP funding.
