Project may include, but not limited to (all information herein subject to change): The campus will remain occupied throughout construction. Once design documents for the project are complete, the CM, will commit to a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for all site and facilities improvements. The Construction Manager will provide comprehensive construction management services, including, but not limited to, the following: Pre-Construction Services: • Site Analysis and Evaluation • Budget Development and Cost Estimating • Preliminary Scheduling and Phasing Plans • Value Engineering • Constructability Reviews • Permitting and Regulatory Coordination • Bid Package Preparation • Subcontractor Prequalification and Procurement Strategy • Material and Equipment Procurement Planning • Coordination with Design Team (Architects/Engineers) • Logistics and Site Management Planning Construction Services: • Project Feasibility Studies • Site Analysis and Evaluation • Budget Development and Cost Estimating • Preliminary Scheduling and Phasing Plans • Value Engineering and Cost Optimization
