Locate and catalog extinguishers in identified buildings and vehicles at all listed locations and catalog each extinguisher by location and type. Complete annual inspections at all applicable Marion County locations at mutually agreed upon dates and times. Inspections must be scheduled a minimum of one week prior to inspections. In safety-sensitive spaces, Offeror’s staff will be escorted to the location of the extinguishers, or the extinguishers will be retrieved by MCPW personnel and brought to the Offeror’s staff. Extinguishers may be located in potentially hazardous locations. The Offeror will be responsible for training, documentation of training, and providing and using all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for those areas. This may include hearing protection, high visibility clothing, and appropriate footwear. Documentation of staff training must be provided within 10 business days upon request.
