COATS Waist length, fused front and fully lined. Coat is cut 1" shorter than standard and tapers 1" each side. Offset front point underneath the welt point on wearer's left. Split color coat front, right side of Polyester whipcord fabric-Coal Black with the upper left side of Polyester whipcord fabric-Deep Sea Royal running from 1" out from the right collar side seam and running down coat front in a slight curve to point, that will align with the left collar side seam and will be 4" above the offset front point. The curve then goes back up to the left coat side seam below the arm hole. Set centered on the left chest areas is a special embroidered "CHS" logo in white, blue (Deep Sea) and orange (Hibiscus) details with white outline. The blue of logo is simply the coat front showing thru. The logo is approximately 2 1/2" in diameter. Row of 2474 orange braid (to best match Hibiscus) set over the color split. Set down the inside edge of the curve (on the Deep Sea side) are (7) 30L Nickel Facet buttons spaced 1-1/4" apart from the top to approximately 1" from the bottom of the insert. Set 1" away from the right shoulder (on the Coal Black portion), welt of 212-14 white (fused), that will follow the pattern of the color split, approximately 2-1/2" wide at the top with a slight taper to 1-3/4" at the point and then running back up toward the left side seam. The welt will be dye subbed down the center to best match Hibiscus at the top and quickly fade to best match Deep Sea, outline the dye sub with 1/8" rows of black down both sides. Back of Polyester whipcord fabric-Coal Black. Concealed center back brass zipper closure with 3 snaps to secure flap. Collar – Hard Square Collar – Front half of Polyester whipcord fabric-Deep Sea Royal and back of Polyester whipcord fabric-5650 Black. Row of ¼” 2474 orange braid set in approximately ¼” from edge and down front of collar. Black Lining and black collar liner. Sleeves - Right sleeve of Polyester whipcord fabric-Coal Black and Left sleeve of Polyester whipcord fabricDeep Sea Royal. Lower left sleeve trimmed with slanted plaque of Polyester whipcord fabric-Coal Black. Set at top of plaque single row of ¼” 2474 white braid. Set 3/8" down from the top edge of the plaque is a 5/8" welt of Hibiscus all around. Simulated plaque on the right sleeve with the trim and Hibiscus welt. Set a 30L Nickel Facet button on each sleeve 5/8" below the Hibiscus welt. Press and fuse cuffs. Taper sleeves. TROUSERS Bib Trousers of Polyester whipcord fabric-Coal Black. Trousers have 4-way reinforced crotch, washable label, survivor locks and adjust-a-cuff feature.
