The above designated work and improvements referred to as RACE-CHICAGO STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS shall include the installation of new public storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water main, and appurtenances on Chicago Avenue, Race Avenue, and Jo Lane within the Village of Arlington Heights. This work will include, but is not limited to, pavement removal; storm sewer installation of sizes between 8” and 36”; sanitary sewer installation of sizes 6” and 8” of PVC pipe; water main installation of sizes 6” and 8” of ductile iron pipe, 10’x 4’ concrete box culvert installation; bituminous pavement reconstruction; driveway replacement; and milling and resurfacing of streets. The locations for this work are shown in the Contract Documents. This work shall be to the requirements as indicated in the Contract Specifications.
