CCWA is seeking a robust Human Resources Information System including but not limited to: 2.2.1 Applicant Tracking System to maintain a repository of applicants, post jobs, and serve as the official system for our recruitment process. 2.2.2 Onboarding System- after an applicant is selected for hire, change the employee status from “interviewing” to “hired” and begin the onboarding process which includes automating all electronic forms required for signature (i.e. I-9, tax forms, general company forms, etc.). We are currently using some functionality from Employee Navigator, but most of our process is still paper and manual. 2.2.3 Benefits Administration- employee completes their initial and future open enrollments in the system. All information including new enrollments, changes, updates, and cancellations are fed directly to the benefits carriers through a carrier connection. 2.2.4 Employee Self Service- employees are able to access their payroll and tax information without being required to be on CCWA’s network, limiting employee’s access to their personal information. 2.2.5 Position Control- manage funded positions to include classification and compensation changes; reporting for personnel requests each budget year. 2.2.6 Learning Management System- library of training courses and system to maintain training records. 2.2.7 Performance Management System- create and maintain performance reviews.
