Site work and demolition. The Contractor shall protect all paved surfaces on location for dumpsters with ¾” plywood as applicable. The Contractor shall complete any required selective demolition to complete the repairs. The Contractor shall remove the existing 12 windows on the front of the building and repair any necessary damage to the permanent brick prior to the installation of replacement windows. (See image on page 3) The Contractor shall install 12 Aluminum Hurricane resistant windows and Glazing. 4. The Contractor shall install 12 Oldcastle Series FG5751T thermal Stormax (or equivalent) 2 ½’’ x 5’’ framing up to 40 ¾” W x 49 ¾” H, glazed with 1-5/16” Storm glass made with Solarban 70 Gray two tempered outboard lite, ½’ bronze anodized spacer, two layers of 1/4'’ clear heat strengthened glass with proprietary Storm glass interlayer.
