Relocate existing City of Alexandria transformer pole to allow for transfer switch installation. Pour a 6” concrete pad around existing “MPC” feeder conduits. Install Transfer Switch, per specs below, on pad and connect to feeder conduits. Pour a 6” concrete pad for Docking Station. Install Docking Station, per specs below, on concrete pad. Connect to LDH provided 220KW portable generator and perform operational testing. The Contractor shall provide all devices, and associated circuitry as if originally included on the electrical plans. o 12 - 350 MCM & 3#2/0 GRND in 3-3"C. All conduit, wire, piping, and electrical equipment are not necessarily shown (see Attachment D - CAD Drawing). All electrical work shall comply with the 2020 edition of the National Electrical Code. The Contractor shall coordinate his work with that of other trades and all applicable utility companies. The Contractor shall coordinate scheduling of all power outages with owner a minimum of 72 hours in advance. The existing 1600A MCB NEMA 3R switchboard "MPC" for 120/240v, 3, 4W Delta Service shall remain in place. The existing underground feeder (16-500MCM IN 4- 3 -1/2"C) to "MPC" shall remain in place.
