1. Per the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR), the Village is required to collect for coliform analysis a minimum of twenty (20) samples per month for a total of two hundred and forty (240) samples per year. Please provide quote per sample as additional coliform sampling may occur. 2. The Village is on reduced monitoring for Stage 2 Disinfection By-Products Rule (DBPR) sampling. The Village is required to collect samples from one (1) site on a quarterly basis. Please provide quote for DBPR samples. 3. The Village will need to participate in Lead and Copper Rule Compliance Monitoring for 2025 and 2026. The Village is required to collect a minimum of forty (40) samples every six (6) months unless we receive the exception permit. 4. The Village of Bensenville is not required to participate in any UCMR testing in 2025 or 2026. 5. On a separate sheet of paper, please provide location of laboratory. Please include any shipping information in case the Village decides to not hand deliver samples directly at the laboratory. 6. On a separate sheet of paper, please include a calendar year 2025 and 2026 fee schedule of all other drinking water laboratory services offered by the proposer, such as but not limited to: VOC’s, SOC’s, lead and copper, membrane filtration, etc. 7. The laboratory shall analyze all samples collected by the Village using the appropriate compliance standards and methodologies as described by the IEPA. 8. All proposers are expected to fully understand all U.S. and IEPA rules applicable to the Village of Bensenville’s compliance, such as but not limited to: reporting, TCR/RTCR, DBPR, LCR, UCMR, etc.
