The system should: • Include a fully automated weighing module with an accuracy of 1 mg, utilizing a 4-place or 5-place balance. • Include a fully automated barcode generation and printing system capable of producing labels for laboratory tubes and plates. These labels should be robust enough to withstand harsh conditions, including exposure to organic solvents, acids, bases, and extreme temperatures (200° C to -80° C, liquid nitrogen). • Read barcodes and store sample data in a format compatible with LIMS or other lab management software for effective sample tracking. • Incorporate fully automated pipetting with an accuracy of 1 μl, including the ability to automatically change, wash tips, and mix samples. • Be adaptable to at least three types of labware, including various tube sizes and plates, and it should be able to automatically open and close tube caps as needed. • Allow for method modifications to meet the specific needs of experimenters. • Achieve a throughput of at least 200 tubes or plates per working day. • Be enclosed to minimize external contamination and prevent solvent evaporation from samples. • A Preventative Maintenance "PM" Service should be included as part of your bid.
