1. Contractor agrees to provide all materials and tools required to perform PM services on all equipment listed in section #4 below, per the manufacturer’s specifications. Parts are not included. 2. Contractor agrees to provide routine PM and repair services during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. PM shall be scheduled two (2) business days in advance. Repair services shall have a guaranteed response time of one (1) business day of notification to troubleshoot and diagnose repair needed. For urgent or emergency repair response services, Contractor shall be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, with guaranteed response time within four (4) hours of notification. 3. Contractor’s Minimum Qualifications and Experiences: a. The Contractor shall have a minimum of (5) years of experience performing the services on all equipment and/or items similar or greater than listed in Section 4 below. 4. PM services shall be performed bi-monthly (i.e. every other month) and include the services identified below.
