It is the intention of MISD to enter into a contract for delivery of fresh pizza. Fresh pizza delivery will be made daily to ten (10) secondary school campus cafeterias. 1. Successful Proposer must deliver one (1) to five (5) days per week, as specified by the MISD Child Nutrition Services, and must make as many deliveries as necessary each day. Individual school needs will determine the number of days and times of delivery. MISD reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of delivery days and times to fit the needs of individual schools. 2. Successful Proposer must propose services to all schools listed. The MISD Child Nutrition Services reserves the right to remove or add schools at any time during the contract period. 3. MISD reserves the right to award contracts to multiple vendors. The decision to award multiple contracts, award only one contract, or make no awards rests solely with MISD.
