Ice Skating Rink Specifications Outdoor ice rink shall be located at 647 North San Vicente Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069, Great Lawn inside West Hollywood Park. The rink shall be approximately 40’ X 70’. Contractor shall provide the following: Portable Ice Rink 40’ X 70’ with a freezer plate system Chiller: Air-cooled refrigeration system/pumps/hoses/expansion tank Generator to power above refrigeration Fuel for generator Insulation and vapor barriers (including insulation to level the site) Modular railing system (clear Plexiglas facing towards rink with room to display signage upon approval from the City of West Hollywood); Ice Rink Maintenance All tools, equipment and supplies for set-up, strike and maintenance. All professional supervision and general labor for set-up, site build-out and strike. Refrigeration Technician on-call 24 hours during the entire term. General set-up and finish-out metal-frame covering over rink wall header. Clear Plexiglas sides with smooth inside finish of rink perimeter.
