The selected supplier will be responsible for the design, build, delivery, installation, and training for a conveyor system with the following specifications: ● Conveyor System Design & Build: ○ Control Panel with Automation Direct CLICK PLC. ○ Safety Features: Safety Controller, Safety Light Curtain, Interlock Switch, and Emergency Stop. ○ Drive & Speed Control: AC Drive system. ○ Remote I/O System with Ethernet IP Protocol. ○ Vision System & Auto ID Scanner connected via Ethernet IP Protocol. ○ Visualization System: Red Lion HMI for monitoring and data acquisition. ○ Component Detection: Photoelectric Sensors on the conveyor. ○ Andon System for conveyor status visualization. ○ Manifold with Ethernet IP Protocol for operating six pneumatic valves. ○ Pick & Place System on Conveyor 2. ○ Capable of communicating with multiple equipment communication protocols ○ Minimum feet size requirement for each conveyor 4 X 8 X 4 (L*W*H) ● Installation & Commissioning: ○ On-site installation in Sweetwater, TX, with full system operational testing and witness inspection. ○ Provision of 80 hours of training (40 hours in-person and 40 hours online). ○ Completion Date: The conveyor system must be fully installed, tested, and operational by May 16, 2025. ● Quantity: 2
