Towson University (TU) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, equipment and material required to repair, maintain, hot water and/or steam clean trash chutes, compactors, compactor rooms, trash rooms and 2-yard compactor cans encompassed within ten (10) residence buildings: Residence Tower, Glen Towers A-B-C-D, Towson Run Apartments, Barton House, Douglass House, Barnes Hall and Marshall Hall. Barnes Hall, Marshall and Residence Tower buildings contain two (2) trash chutes, all other buildings have one (1) trash chute. All cleaning work shall be performed at least twice annually during semester breaks. Once during winter break (January) and once during summer break (June, July, or August), as well as on an as needed basis, at the discretion of the University.
