• Vendor must merge Greenville County Schools data with data from the Public Employee Benefit Authority of South Carolina (PEBA) for the plan year ending December 31, 2024. • Vendor must prepare the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form 1095-Cs for all applicable Greenville County Schools employees. • Vendor must deliver a formatted file to the third-party printing company so they can import and deliver the prepared form to the employees. • Vendor must submit an electronic employer file to the IRS by their deadline. • Vendor must provide support to the District related to any questions or issues with the filing to the IRS. • Expenses o All expenses, except as outlined below, should be included in the above fee. o Do not include any fees for printing or mailing individual forms to employees. This is covered under a separate solicitation. • Pricing o Pricing should be a flat fee. It should not be per form produced.
