The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking proposal to lease office space. The Boston Housing Authority must temporarily relocate the functionality of its Charlestown Housing Development Management Office in anticipation of redevelopment of the current office site and building. The successful proposer shall provide rental of space of approximately 4,000 square feet of rentable space that would be able to accommodate at least 5 private offices with the ability to accommodate more cubicles. The space should have a conference room. The space must be wheelchair accessible and publicly accessible, as residents of the Charlestown Housing Development will frequent it. This will be a ten (10) year lease starting in December 1, 2024. The space should be a minimum of 3000 square feet.
