1. Plan and lead an information gathering session for the data required for this project, involving a committee of subject matter experts identified by the City. 2. Conduct detailed onsite interviews with staff to gather additional detail on current business processes related to the ERP system and functionality that key department stakeholders feel is lacking in the system as currently implemented. 3. Evaluate technology improvements, upgrades, new Tyler ERP modules, and/or replacement strategies, if required, to achieve recommendations. 4. Produce an assessment document that recommends the best path for the City to optimize the ERP system and to achieve the desired outcomes identified in the “Desired Outcomes” section below and, if applicable, changes to business processes. 5. Work with subject matter experts to develop procedural documentation to guide staff’s optimal use of the system and any functionality deemed useful. 6. Conduct a final presentation to stakeholders. 7. Provide project management for the project. a. Plan, execute, control, and close project. b. Build and maintain project schedule. c. Chair kick-off, status, and closure meetings. d. Provide monthly status report. 8. Provide resources to assist with configuration of the system or implementation of additional functionality, if required, under a subsequent scope of services and fee.
