The following specifications are established for supplemental painting and repair services that meet or exceed the level of quality indicated in these specifications herein. Proposers are cautioned to completely familiarize themselves with all of the requirements prior to submitting their proposal. The Contractor will perform services on numerous types of surfaces (i.e. gypsum, CMU, block, concrete, metal, etc.) and paint types (i.e. latex, egg shell, acrylic, DTM, etc.) throughout GWCCA facilities. The successful contractor shall be able to perform at a minimum, supplemental painting and repair services for, but not limited to, the following: • Repair and prepare drywall partitions for paint • Walls (Drywall and CMU) • Hollow Metal Doors • Hollow Metal Frames • Metal Handrail • Drywall Ceilings • Overhead Coiling Metal Doors • Overhead Coiling Metal Door Frames
