The McHenry County Department of Health is seeking an experienced and qualified firm to provide an electronic platform for personnel activity tracking, subject to continuing need and availability of funds. The platform we seek should perform/provide the following, at a minimum: 1. Professional services to set-up electronic platform for activity tracking of personnel for grants and operational needs assessment 2. Cross Divisional functionality (One system with ability to track multiple Divisions with different activities) 3. Must be an application (App) that is easy/efficient to use for staff, ability to use in office, clinic, and in the field on computers (laptop or desktop and mobile phones) a. SSO Integration b. Mobile App deployment through Microsoft Intune Mobile management 4. Speed of system to manage large volume of data, Scale on-demand, Elastic infrastructure, and 99.999% uptime and availability 5. Controls for monitoring completion by staff 6. Ad Hoc report capability and/or dashboard a. Ability to run/pull reports selecting specific data that has been entered b.
