This bid is to furnish, deliver, and/or install for the City of O’Fallon Parks Department (“City”), Portable Restroom Service for the dates outlined in this bid packet, FOB location determined by event, in O’Fallon, Missouri. Minimum Requirements: 1. Contractor shall carry all liability insurance on the portable restrooms rented by the City. 2. Contractor shall carry all damage insurance on the portable restrooms rented by the City, protecting the City against financial liability resulting from any loss of the Contractors equipment due to accident, fire, theft, or vandalism. 3. Units are to be hand wiped clean two times per week. 4. Unit tanks are to be pumped and refreshed two times per week – Monday and Thursday. 5. Delivery and pickup of units shall be at no charge to the City. 6. Up-righting units shall be at no charge to the City. 7. A four (4) hour maximum response time from notification to up-right and clean tip-over during regular work hours – Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. 8. A four (4) hour maximum response time from notification to up-right and clean tip-over outside regular work hours on the morning of the following day. 9. A four (4) hour maximum response time from notification to up-right and clean tip-over during weekends and holidays. 10. Moving units shall be at no charge to the City. 11. No fuel charges. Additional Criteria for the Heritage and Freedom Fest event: 1. All units must be serviced between 11:00 P.M. July 3 rd and 10:00 A.M. July 4-6 and again on the morning between 12:00 A.M. and 10:00 A.M. *Dates subject to adjust plus or minus a day for 2026 and 2027. 2. Contractor shall provide onsite emergency response within 60 minutes during festival. 3. All items must be in place by 9:00 A.M. between June 30 – July 2. Specific date to be determined 3 weeks prior to event start date. 4. All items must be removed by NOON on the follow day of event closure.
