The Contractor shall perform a total elevator dispatch system check, individual car check and adjustment within the first 6 months of the effective date of the Agreement and every year thereafter in the same month for the duration of the contract. The system evaluation and adjustment is to be performed at the most convenient time for each facility, to be arranged with Dakota County Facilities Management. If dispatch system work must be performed on the equipment during off hours to prevent interfering with the Building's normal operation, it shall be done at no additional cost to the Owner. The cars and dispatch system are to meet original manufacturer's specifications.
