Lawrence Public Schools is seeking budget development software. The software should allow school leaders, central office department heads, and other end users the ability to generate budgets. The proposer will customize the budget development software to meet the needs and requirements of Lawrence Public Schools’ budget planning process, including providing an end-user interface that provides a user-friendly school- and central department- budget planning tool. For school level end users, the tool should allow: 1) view of at least one year of historical financials; 2) ability to manipulate position assumptions; 3) ability to manipulate compensation and noncompensation expense assumptions and conduct school-level scenario planning; and 4) the ability to track changes and adjustments with both notes and dates.
