Mow or cut all lawn/growth areas as required by the specific location at least once per month or an additional service with un the month if needed.. Cycle must commence every 1st day of the month and end by the 15th of each month. Any deviation from these dates must be approved by Laredo Municipal Housing Management. Contractor shall grass ,all growth along walls and fences, between expansion joints in sidewalks and curbs, around light poles, culverts, utility boxes and trees. Rake up, pick up and remove all trimmings and clippings on sidewalks, driveways, streets and other paved areas. Trimming & clippings must be removed and disposed of. Haul away and properly dispose of any trimmings, clippings, cuttings, debris and litter. All accumulations including but not limited to rubbish, old dried out trees that have fallen, concrete, brick, vehicle parts, tires, broken glass, trash and items existing throughout the land must be removed. (NOTE: Contractor will be responsible for all landfill costs). Lawn Services: Trim trees, bushes or plants that are affecting neighbor areas. Growth on fences must also be removed and maintained free of any growth. Vendor shall contact Laredo Municipal Housing Management when job is completed on a monthly basis. Provide all labor, equipment, and supplies for the abovementioned services. Successful bidder shall provide the above-mentioned services on a per-cycle basis for a one-year period. It is the intent of the City of Laredo that the number of cycles or cuts be no less than those indicated on the bid schedule. Nevertheless, this figure may be increased or decreased at the sole discretion of the City so as to take into account a varied growing season.
