San Bernardino County, on behalf of Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (County), is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide in-home infusion products and related services for certain patients who have been prescribed in-home infusion products. Such products and related services are offered to all ARMC patients where it is medically necessary, including those patients for whom the County may be financially responsible for the continuation of the patient's care after discharge from the hospital. The awarded vendor will dispense, deliver, and administer in-home infusion pharmaceutical products to the patient in the home, as well as provide the patient with education regarding their medications and provide training to the patient on the use of pharmaceutical related equipment.
