The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) is seeking a vendor to provide: Cisco Certified Cloud Connect Calling Provider (PSTN) The quote should represent 3 years of service, invoiced either annually or monthly, based on the following information: • Include separate line items for any upfront setup fees. • 75 Cloud Based Concurrent Call Paths that includes local and national calling in US, and limited international calling. • 817 Telephone number will be ported to the new Cloud PSTN solution. • 5 Toll free Numbers to be ported to the new Cloud PSTN solution with 1000 toll free minutes to start. • No additional hardware should be required, this should be a completely cloud based solution (Cloud Connect) for Cisco Webex Contact Center.
