4.1.01 Telephone Counseling: appointments for employees and immediate family members through a 24-hour toll free telephone line provided and paid for by the Vendor. Must be staffed by licensed master's level counselors. This service should also include chat and/ or text features that allows employees to make contact should the need arise.; 4.1.04 Legal Assistance: Vendor will have an attorney on call for employees with legal questions. Discounts on legal fees will be provided to employees that require representation.; Money Management Assistance and Information: Vendor will have on staff CPAs and Certified Financial Planners. Vendor’s staff will be available via telephone to answer financial questions at a minimum regarding the following topics: • Home budgeting • Wise use of credit • Debt consolidation • Credit matters • Tax issues and concerns • College funding • Estate planning • Investments • Retirement planning; 4.1.06 Provide Care Coordination and Referral: If authorized by the member, the Vendor shall provide coordination of any counseling referrals with the employee or family member’s primary care physician or other designated health care provider. Vendor shall provide referral options to the employee or family members that are within the financial resources available to the employee or family member whenever possible. If care is expected to exceed the number of eligible services under the EAP, the Vendor will work with the member and their health insurance to transition their care to a network provider of their health plan.
