The respondent is expected to provide the following services: 1. Plan and develop requirements for constructing the roadway. Permitting requirements should be included as required. 2. Review and incorporate operational requirements for port operations and stakeholders and any existing reports as well as topographical, drainage, and utility systems information provide alternatives and a recommended solution for final design. 3. Design all required components for a functional roadway including, but not limited to, grading, paving, drainage, utilities, illumination, temporary traffic control, signage, striping, signalization, and SW3P. Coordinate extensively with area stakeholders and local municipalities. 4. Perform site investigations and geotechnical evaluations as required to design all elements in the project scope. 5. Provide an accurate layout of the existing conditions and proposed project, including, but not limited to, dimension control, for use by others, including the Port Authority.
