For the purchase and installment of Cottage signs at Parsons State Hospital. The location of the project will be at the Parsons State Hospital. The bid will consist of the awarded bidder to manufacture the designed sign that Parsons State Hospital has proposed. Parsons State Hospital has provided a picture of the proposed sign and a list of cottages. All signs will be made from the material of metal or Aluminum; no other exceptions; and will have the gray wood background. Parsons State Hospital will remove all existing cottage signs prior to the new signs being put in place. There will be 12 signs that will be 4’wide by 3’ tall. The awarded bidder will be responsible attaching the signs to the front of each cottage in a manner that is weather and wind resistance. Each sign will have the name of the Cottage with a tree that fits the Cottage name. Example: Aspen cottage will have an Aspen tree. There will be 12 signs that will be 24” wide by 12” tall with a front and back (24 signs in total). These signs will have the name of the cottage and tree. These signs will be hung off the side of each cottage. Awarded bidder will provide all hardware and sign hangers for the hanging of the signs. If awarded bidder has an ideal for a better metal sign hanger, then the one showed in the photo of proposed sign. The awarded bidder can send pictures of the award bidders sign holder to Parsons State Hospital for approval. Award bidder will be responsible for all safety requirements of the job sight to include barriers and safety fencing while installing all signs and sign hangers. After job is completed, Award bidder will make sure work area is clean of all debris and tools. Award bidder will make sure that all unused material and hardware is disposed of in a proper manner. Any damage to the Cottages will be repaired by the award bidder.
