Orange County is seeking to enter into an engineering services contract with a state registered engineer to assist the County in the application preparation and project implementation of proposed Disaster Recovery Reallocation Program (DRRP) project(s), if funded, by the Texas General Land Office (GLO). The following outlines this request for qualifications. I. Scope of Work - A sample detailed Scope of Work provided by GLO is enclosed as Exhibit A. The engineering contract will encompass all application and project related engineering services to Orange County, including but not limited to the following: Pre-Funding Services Assist in developing project scope and project budget Provide information, as requested, for the submission of one or more applications Post-Funding Services Initial Engineering and Design Support Engineering and Final Design Support Bid and Award Support Contract Management and Construction Oversight Specialized Services
