This “Turnkey Scope of Services” includes demolition, procurement of materials, delivery, and installation of new materials and equipment to replace the condenser and evaporator coil that serves AHU #1 at the Brown County Jail. All work will be completed in the professional manner and be considerate of employee and public safety as well as daily operational needs. The contractor will complete the following as a part of the Base Bid: 1) Remove and properly dispose of the existing condensing unit and evaporator coil. 2) Furnish and install a new Trane model TTA240044-DAA-S01, 20-ton condenser with dual circuit/dual compressor and hail guards 3) Supply and install new refrigeration linesfrom the new condenserto the evaporator coil per manufacturer recommendation 4) Insulate the new piping and properly label, per code 5) PVC jacket the exposed refrigeration piping, outside 6) Provide and install liquid line specialties including filter driers, TXU’s, sight glasses and ball valves 7) Modify the existing equipment rails as needed to support the new condenser 8) Supply and install condensate drain piping for the new evaporator coil 9) Evacuate and charge the new system per manufacturesspecifications 10) Supply new control wiring and line voltage wiring for the new condenser including a new disconnect for the new condenser.
