• TCTC is seeking a qualified contractor to remove 400-watt, pole-mounted, high pressure sodium light fixtures from 30-foot poles located throughout the Pendleton Campus parking lots. Then replace those fixtures with new LED Fixtures, Part Number GARDCO OPF-M-A12-840-T5W-AR1-HVU-MG that will be provided by TCTC. • Old Sodium fixtures will need to be palletized by contractor as they are swapped out for new fixtures. TCTC Personnel will coordinate with contractor on where to place the pallets of old fixtures until they are discarded by TCTC Staff. • TCTC Physical Plant Personnel will show Contractor where to find the new fixtures that will be used in this installation. • Contractor will be responsible for removing all cardboard, packaging materials and trash as new fixtures are installed. • Contractor will be responsible for providing own equipment (i.e. Lifts and/or Bucket Trucks). • The College’s normal operating hours during which contractors may generally perform work are 7:30 – 4:30 Monday through Thursday and 7:30 – 2:00 on Friday. However, the successful offeror may need to work outside of these hours to have access to the parking lots when empty. Contractor will be expected to work with TCTC Physical Plant Staff to coordinate parking lot access logistics. The use of tobacco is prohibited at all locations. Fraternization with students/faculty is also not permitted.
