This Contract is for the construction of a bus facility storage lot with provisions for future electric bus charging facilities. The work involves: A. Parking lot construction to accommodate at least 80 electric buses (40’ length) and 4 articulated buses (60’ length). B. Installation of electric car and bus charging facilities with provisions for future electric car and bus charging facilities, and future site electrical service. C. Installation of site-lighting, with base, poles, and associated connections, site-CCTV infrastructure, access-control equipment and device, with associated connections. D. Provision for future site network connectivity via antenna system, site entrance from the existing western entrance, site circulation one-way from the western entrance, south of the existing building to bus parking, site exit onto Wicomico Street at the existing signalized South Monroe at Wicomico Street intersection, and stormwater Management Facility.
