Fields 10 and 11 will have the outfield area tilled up, adding a sand/peat mix to fill any low areas and finished with laser grading. The infield area will be laser graded including adding as much clay as needed for water to run off the field effectively. Before final grading, contractor shall install a new irrigation system for infield and outfield and will finish by installing Bermuda 419 sod. Offeror to furnish all labor, mobilization, materials and equipment necessary to complete renovation/building of both fields. All measurements listed are approximate. Offeror will be responsible for their own measurements.
