The specifications listed below are the minimum standards for this project. All concrete areas must be tied into the existing concrete sidewalks and bleacher pads. Project Specifics: • Exhibit A – Diagram and aerial photograph of site (attached). • Install approximately 4,323 square feet of concrete. • Concrete must be 4000 PSI with fiber. • Concrete must be poured in temperatures above 50 degrees. • All concrete must be eight (8) inches deep with two (2) inches of coquina base. • All concrete areas must be tied into the existing concrete sidewalks and bleacher pads. • All areas that are not tied into other concrete pads or sidewalks must be dressed around all edges with dirt. • All concrete must be level and free of ponding. • Contractor must provide any and all barricades for the work and/or portion of the work. within which operations are being conducted including stock pile areas • If concrete trucks are washed out on site, Contractor must provide a containment location and then clean-up and restore containment location to original condition. No water hookup will be provided. • Contractor is responsible for all cleanup. • Contractor must keep area clean and safe at all times. • Contractor must remove all unused soil from the job site.
