Advanced knowledge with BIRTS, calculated fields, etc. 4. Integration support a. Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) b. Strategic planning for use of HCM Modules c. Support on integrating with benefit providers prior to open enrollment. 5. Security support a. General direction on configuring security profiles. b. Assistance setting up specific permissions profiles 6. Release management assistance a. Possible implementation of automated testing tools. b. Assistance evaluating new functionality in Workday releases. 7. Customized Support – business model a. Primary Consultant to maintain consistent partnership with City HR Workday subjectmatter experts (SME). Additional experienced consultants must also be identified to partner with HR expertise for critical projects such as Market, Performance Evaluations, Merit, Open Enrollment occurring cyclically or for consultation in absence of the primary consultant. b. 100% Remote consulting is acceptable provided available via teams videoconferencing, chats & outlook email. c. Ability to partner with the City to support continuity of the City’s Workday system configuration uniqueness. d. Ability to differentiate between required systems updates and process improvement for enhanced capability. e. Experienced in strategic planning for leveraging Workday Talent & Performance modules for retention & succession planning. f. Must have the ability to communicate, train & develop City HR SMEs through configuration updates, changes, modifications in business processes, process improvement etc. This must be completed through documentation, presentation & 1:1 scheduling with identified internal experts. g. Must demonstrate the ability to take highly technical information and cull it down into user-friendly, consumable information. h. Demonstrate experience streamlining business processes and leveraging reporting functionalities to mitigate risk and reduce error. i. Ability to troubleshoot, identify corrections, document and train the HR SME to mitigate risk of future errors. j. Must be available to debrief, discuss lessons-learned and process improvement post implementation of new features, updates, expanded capabilities or process improvement.
