Hazard #1: Replace all defective and compromised wood before wrapping the components. Wrap all window and door casings, brick mould, sills and all other remaining painted wood components with white aluminum coil stock. Apply a smooth bead of white siliconized latex caulk along the seams and edges. Cover the painted plywood on the front porch ceiling with white vinyl soffit material.; Hazard #2: Install a total of (17) windows, (15) Low-E white vinyl double insulated, double hung windows and (2) picture sized to fit the openings. The window count shall be as follows: North: 5 windows, 1 picture window South: 5 windows East: 2 windows West: 3 windows, 1 picture window Do not replace all awnings from windows and front porch and do not reattach, owner will discard of the awnings and miscellaneous components.
