1. The City requires an integrated, GIS-centric Permit that includes a digital plan check portal and Project Tracking system which can be leveraged by multiple departments to: • Do transactions • Manage operations • View data • Integrate data into a GIS system from geospatial data to view permits, plan checks, code violations (optional), inspections, and business licenses (optional, the city currently uses HDL for business licenses). 2. Streamlining of business processes, and increasing employee productivity and efficiency while maintaining a high level of data integrity and accuracy. 3. Improving integration across internal and external applications to provide citywide access to data. 4. Replacement of outdated manual processes with automation processes to improve efficiency and to operate in a more thorough, comprehensive manner. 5. Implementation of a permit, digital plan check, Building & Safety inspection tracking system with code enforcement module as an option to purchase.
