a. Remove the remaining cove base and evaluate for potential fungal growth. b. Remove and dispose of all office carpet squares (approx. 145 SQFT). c. Cut, remove, and dispose of drywall wall starting at the door and down to the pipe chase corner (Approximately 12’ wide by 2’ high). d. Cut, remove, and dispose of drywall wall inside the pipe chase (Approximately 2’ wide by 2’ high). e. HEPA vacuum and the clean exposed wall cavities and encapsulate. f. Wet wipe and/or clean all surfaces throughout the room including air supply diffuser and return air vent. g. Reinstall, tape, and mud removed drywall. h. Prime and paint all walls and new drywall areas. (Color to match existing) i. Reinstall new carpet squares. (Color to match existing, as close as possible) j.
