OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE: To procure a contract with a responsible Vendor to provide full-service Television Programming Services at the Jacksonville Correctional Center in Jacksonville, IL for an estimated total of 800 units. SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED: The vendor shall provide all necessary services and equipment to provide cable television programming. All services provided shall comply with local, state, and federal laws. For procurement conducted in BidBuy, the State may include this contract the Bidbuy Purchase Order as it contains the agreed Supplies and/or Services. Vendor shall provide at a minimum the following 89 channels as listed on pages 23-25 of this contract. Alternate channel line-up with additional channels will be considered but must meet with the approval of the Jacksonville Correctional Center and must include the 89 channels listed on pages 23-25.
