Winthrop University, an education agency of the State of South Carolina, is soliciting responses for a proposal to secure a vendor that will provide a comprehensive cloud-based housing solutions software that does the following: ● Provides a user interface for residence hall staff to access student information and rosters ● Manages housing applications, housing contracts, housing assignments, correspondence, and resident dining plans ● Simplifies the check-in and check-out process ● Coordinates fee assessments ○ Damage billing ○ Semester billing ○ Semester break billing ○ Others as needed ● Maintains a list of current residential occupancy and capacity ● Manages correspondence to applicants, residents, and parents via email and SMS texting ● Provides seamless interfaces with Winthrop University ERP ● Provides robust reporting capability
