The selected consultant (s) will provide a comprehensive range of estimating services for various Pierce County needs to include cost and schedule. The quantity and duration of the services will depend on the Countys requirements and needs based on a per work order basis. The work may include, but not limited to, the following tasks: • Cost and Schedule estimates will range from conceptual and ROM (Rough Order Magnitude) all levels of design will include detailed estimates. Some levels of design pre-design phase, schematic design, different percentages of design development (i.e. 30%/60%/90%) to construction document estimating and post permit estimating. Site visits may be required for some estimates and reviews, while others are based on construction documents and basic scope of work. The type of estimate and level of detail and accuracy will depend on the direction and documentation provided by the Owner.
