The MIA regularly conducts financial examinations and analyses (collectively “Exams”) of regulated entities, and, historically, has used Wolters Kluwer’s TeamMate software in conducting Risk Focused Examinations, as well as coordinated Exams with other states. The MIA will be migrating to TeamMate+, and requires assistance with setup, technical support and training to serve 15 users and 1 system administrator (collectively “MIA TeamMate Users”). Training should provide MIA TeamMate Users a more vivid understanding of how to set-up initial TeamMate+ projects for Exams to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ (NAIC) Accreditation Review Standards. The MIA does not have staff who can perform such services, and is therefore issuing this Solictiation. The MIA estimates that the required training will take 300 hours. This estimate is provided for informational purposes only, and no minimum or maximum number of hours is guaranteed.
