See attached photo for area to be cleaned. Work includes snow and ice removal of paved drives and parking areas for all locations. Areas marked with blue diagonal lines are paved drives and parking lots. The area marked with purple diagonal lines is not county property and not to be cleaned except for the drive up into 105 Broadway Place. • All areas shall be cleaned, as appropriate, by 6:00 a.m. following an overnight snow or ice event. Successful bidder shall be responsible for monitoring conditions and providing service without being called by a representative of the county. • Successful bidder shall be available to clean the drives, and parking areas during daytime snow and ice events. • Please provide a rate for snow to be hauled off property premises in the event of a large snowfall. A representative of the county will request these services on an as needed basis only. • Please provide a rate for salt and/or sand services. A representative of the county will request these services on an as needed basis only. • Please note: This is for snow removal only. No salt and/or sand services are needed on a regular basis. Salt and/or sand will be on an as requested basis only.
